Brand Voice Configuration System
Configurable per client. Used for all copy: website, email, social, ads, content pipeline. Default to client’s voice profile when generating ANY copy for them.
SAA — Strategic AI Architects (Mike Moore)
Voice DNA
- Style: Alex Becker directness + charm offensive
- Tone: Irreverent, confident, fun. Never corporate. Never boring.
- Humor: Self-aware parentheticals, fourth-wall breaks, playful jabs at the status quo
- Energy: “Your smartest friend who happens to build AI and is genuinely excited about it”
- Sells by: Making you laugh while realizing “damn, I need this”
Copy Rules
- Punchy over polished — short sentences hit harder than long ones
- Parentheticals for humor — “(You’re welcome.)” “(Wild concept, we know.)” “(Please don’t fire us though.)”
- Call out BS directly — “Your ‘tech stack’ is 47 Zapier automations held together by prayers”
- Specific > vague — “$4,000 policy” not “a lead”, “8,000 dead leads in 14 days” not “lots of leads”
- Conversational contractions — “we’ll” not “we will”, “don’t” not “do not”, “you’re” not “you are”
- Break the fourth wall — address the reader directly, acknowledge they’re reading a sales page
- Confidence without arrogance — we’re good AND we know it, but we’re having fun about it
- No corporate speak — NEVER: “leverage”, “synergy”, “streamline”, “cutting-edge”, “innovative solutions”
- End with personality — CTAs should make people smile, not feel sold to
