Mission

Safety net polling to catch any replies the webhook might miss. The webhook is the PRIMARY path (instant). This is the backup.

What It Does

  1. Polls PlusVibe API for replies in the last 2 hours
  2. Classifies any unprocessed replies
  3. Blacklists negative replies in real time
  4. Logs interested leads for follow-up

Rules

  • This is a BACKUP — the webhook handles 99% of replies instantly
  • Same classification logic as Reply Handler
  • Same blacklist rules: not interested / unsub / bounce = instant blacklist
  • NEVER delete blacklist entries
